1. Post a vacancy
Create a job listing from your employer dashboard. Add a clear title, salary, location, and responsibilities. Every listing is reviewed by The Lab team within 48 hours before going live to maintain quality.

2. Receive applications
Candidates apply through The Lab. Each application includes the candidate's name, email, motivation, and a link to their profile and CV. All applications appear in your dashboard.

3. Manage your pipeline
Use the Kanban-style pipeline to move candidates through each stage. Drag candidates from Submitted to Reviewed, Interviewing, and Hired, or reject at any point.

- Interviewing: a conversation is scheduled or underway
- Hired: the candidate accepted your offer
4. Favourite & shortlist
Mark strong candidates as favourites to build a shortlist. Favourited candidates are saved to your dashboard for easy access, even after the role is filled.

Every application moves through four clear stages. Use the arrows on each candidate card to advance or move back.

Candidates can also be moved to Rejected at any stage if they're not the right fit.
