1. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made. We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
2. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. If cancelled within 14 days of the initial payment, a full refund will be issued. After 14 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period and no refund is provided for the remaining months.
3. Founding Programme
The Founding Employer plan is complimentary. No payment is required and no refunds apply during the founding programme.
4. No Placement Fees
The Lab does not charge placement fees or commission. Since we never take a percentage of candidate salaries, there are no placement-related refunds.
5. Service Issues
If you experience a significant service issue that prevents you from using the platform, contact us within 30 days and we will review your case for a possible refund or service credit.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact billing@thelabcreativeagency.co.uk with your account details and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
